After Dorn Therapy, patient would be demonstrated some simple Dorn Method self-help exercises that basically try to simulate the actions during the Dorn therapy. The exercises are simple and effective, and they do not take long to do.


To enjoy the long term benefits of Dorn Method, it is important that patient continue regular Dorn Method self help exercises on a daily basis over an extended period of Recovery Time (usually 2 Month) , to strengthen body into its new and correct alignment.
